Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?
If you have provided us with the wrong delivery address or you would like to change the delivery address after you have placed an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via contact@snoozeband.co.uk so we can try to help you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address for you as the order may have already left our warehouse.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Pease reach out to support immediately after purchase via contact@snoozeband.co.uk and hopefully we can assist you with this.
We do accept returns however so if you’d like to return an item once you receive it just let us know. If you’d like to add an item to your order then we would suggest putting this through as a separate order.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible at contact@snoozeband.co.uk.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, you can return it to us unopened and we will issue a full refund once we have received the package. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item
How do I track the progress of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or Text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment with the tracking code provided
Order confirmation
I have not received an order confirmation
Sometimes these can end up in your junk or spam folder so check there first and if still no luck then you can contact our customer care team at contact@snoozeband.co.uk and we will let you know if your order has been placed correctly. We’ll be able to resend you a confirmation of order if necessary.
I have received my order confirmation but something is wrong
If you receive your order confirmation and realise that something is wrong, missing or incorrect, please contact our customer support straight away at contact@snoozeband.co.uk, who will assist you as quickly as possible.
Product Troubleshooting
My Snoozeband won't turn on
Please charge the Snoozeband with the included charging cable before first use. It takes around 1-2 hours to be fully charged.
If your Snoozeband still won't turn on, please contact support at contact@snoozeband.co.uk
My phone can't find the Snoozeband
Confirm the Snoozeband is switched on, in pairing mode (red/blue light flashing) and within 15 metres of your device.
If your device still can't find the Snoozeband, switch the Bluetooth off and on again and wait for a few seconds.
The earphones do not align with my ears
You can access the speakers from within the Snoozeband and gently move them into the right position for your ears.

No sound is coming out of the headphones
Please check the volume on both the Bluetooth device and the Snoozeband.
I can't pair my snoozeband with a new device
Please make sure to disconnect your Snoozeband from your old device first before attempting to pair it with a new device.
The sound keeps cutting out
Please make sure the Snoozeband is within 15 metres of your device and no other Bluetooth source is interrupting the connection.

What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the tracking code of your order.

We offer worldwide delivery to all countries. Please find more information on our Shipping page
How much is shipping?
United Kingdom: We offer free Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) on all UK orders which usually takes 3-5 business days. For faster delivery (1-3 business days) you can choose Express Delivery at check-out for £3.50
USA: Shipping is FREE for orders from $75 and $3.49 for orders under $75. It usually takes 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. US orders are shipped from our local warehouse in Alabama.
ROW: International shipping starts from £5.99 and depends on your home country. Please find more information on our Shipping page
When will my order arrive?
United Kingdom: The standard delivery times are 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouses by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order is on the way.
For faster delivery times (1-3 business days) please choose Express Delivery at check-out.
USA: Standard delivery takes 2-6 business days, or you can upgrade to Express delivery at checkout (1-4 business days).
Most US orders (depending on stock) are shipped from our local warehouse in Alabama.
ROW: International orders take 5-15 business days to arrive, depending on your home country. Please find more information on Shipping times here
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
Additionally, we support Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
We use third-party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most stringent level of certification standard that ensures all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely by using the industry-standard encryption technology.
What happens if I input my address incorrectly?
First you can contact us ASAP at contact@snoozeband.co.uk so we can hopefully change it before your order is processed and shipped.
If your order has already been shipped we will need to wait for you order to hopefully be returned to us before we can send it back out to you.
If your order unfortunately is lost because of incorrect address we are not liable for any loss of product.

Do you accept returns?

To start a return please get in touch via contact@snoozeband.co.uk and we will provide you with instructions on where to send your parcel.
What if my product is defect or damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include a clear picture of the damaged, defective or wrong item, and include your order number and name.
How do I return my item?

How do I connect it to my phone?
You can connect it to any bluetooth device like your phone/tablet & laptop with ease! Make sure your device is charged and powered on. Press the play button for 5 seconds and you will see the lights begin to flash. Once this happens open your desired device you want to connect to in the bluetooth menu and select to pair.
How do I charge it?
There is a USB charging port at the front of the SnoozeBand which you can easily plug in to charge. Every order comes with a charging cable.
Can I wash the SnoozeBand?
Yes, all SnoozeBand models are fully washable. Simply remove the headphones and put the devices back in when dried. We recommend hand-washing it to make sure the material stays soft.
Will it fit my head?
The original Snoozeband™ is made from stretchy fabric which adapts to your head size and fits most adult heads.
The SnoozeBand 2.0, Snoozeband Pro, Snoozeband Deluxe and Snoozeband MAX feature adjustable velcro straps.
How long does the battery last?
The original SnoozeBand™ and the Snoozeband 2.0 have a 10 hour playing battery life so more than enough for your 8 hour sleep and more! It takes around 2 hours to be fully charged.
SnoozeBand™ Deluxe and Pro have an even longer playing time with 12-15 hours when fully charged.
Snoozeband MAX has the longest battery life with up to 20 hours.
We recommend to not charge the battery for more than 2 hours.
Does it have an auto switch off timer?
Yes! All our Snoozeband models feature an optional automatic shut-off timer that can be set to 1 or 2 hours to save battery. If not enabled, the audio will keep playing all night.
